Welcome on website chorusspa.com (“Website”).

The Website is owned by ChorusWellness S.r.l., with registered office in Via Andrea Moretti, 34, 24124 – Bergamo, Companies Register – Tax Code – VAT No. 04855570166, REA of Bergamo No. 494321 (“ChorusWellness” or the “Company”).

The Website hosts texts, images, videos and other informational content as well as a reserved area where users may create an account to access certain services (“Services”), including the purchase of access passes to the ChorusWellness Immersive SPA.

  1. ACCESS AND USE OF THE WEBSITE
    • Access to and use of the Website by users, as well as the purchase of access passes and other services available from time to time, are governed by these general terms and conditions of sale and use (the “General Conditions”).
    • Users are allowed to access the Website and the Materials, as defined in Article 3 below, to view news and/or information published on the Website and to access the available service offers and access passes. The Website is intended for private use, for the user’s personal and non-commercial purposes.
    • The Company may modify or update, in whole or in part, the General Conditions at any time. Amendments and updates to the General Conditions shall become effective and binding as soon as they are published on the Website in this section. Users are therefore invited to check the most recent and updated version of the General Conditions of the Website, which indicate at the bottom the version number and date of update.
    • The Company declines all responsibility for any damages resulting from inaccessibility of the Website and/or for other damages due to causes not attributable to the Company and not reasonably foreseeable by the Company, including but not limited to network malfunctions, unauthorized access, and failure and/or malfunction of the user’s electronic equipment.
    • The Company reserves the right, at any time, to suspend access to the Website for maintenance purposes.
  2. REGISTRATION TO THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES
    • With the exception of sections of the Website intended solely for informational purposes and accessible as a “guest”, in order to use the Services offered through the Website (in particular, for the purchase of access passes to the Immersive SPA and other services available from time to time), prior creation of an account is required. The user chooses the credentials to be used for accessing the Website during the registration process. They must be kept with utmost care and attention, may only be used by the user, and may not be transferred to third parties. The user undertakes to keep them confidential, to ensure that no third party gains access to them, and to immediately inform ChorusWellness if they suspect or become aware of improper use or disclosure. Alternatively, the user may access the Website through one of the social login systems made available by ChorusWellness.
  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    • The contents of the Website, such as, by way of example, trademarks, domain names and any other distinctive signs, texts, images, photographs, dialogues, music, sounds, videos, Services and any other material, in any format, published on the Website, the web pages, Website design and software (the “Materials”), are the exclusive property of Chorus Life S.p.A. or licensed for use to it, and are protected by intellectual property laws.
    • Any use of the Materials other than as permitted under these General Conditions is prohibited. By way of example and not limitation, it is not permitted, in any form and/or by any means, in whole or in part, to carry out any of the following activities concerning the Website, the Services and/or the Materials: reproduce, publish, disclose, transmit, make available to the public, distribute, modify the Website and/or the Materials, perform scraping activities of the Materials, create and/or use derivative works of the Website, the Services and/or the Materials, unless prior written consent has been obtained from the Company and other rights holders indicated by it. Downloading or copying, where authorized in writing by ChorusWellness, does not grant the user any right or title to the Materials.
  4. LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
    • The Website may contain hyperlinks (so-called links) to other websites – including sponsored links, banners and advertisements – which have no connection with the Website or with ChorusWellness. The latter cannot be held responsible for the content of such websites and the rules adopted by them, including with regard to the processing of users’ personal data during browsing. ChorusWellness therefore provides no guarantee and/or makes no representation and/or assumes no responsibility in relation to such links and/or third-party websites and/or their content and/or any damages arising from their use. The user is solely and exclusively responsible for accessing other websites via links present on the Website.
  5. PURCHASE OF ACCESS PASSES AND OTHER SERVICES
    • Through the Website, users may purchase access passes to the ChorusLife Immersive SPA and other additional services, such as lunches, aperitifs and massages. The purchase and use of access passes and other services available from time to time are governed not only by these General Conditions but also by specific conditions relating to the relevant services, as indicated from time to time on the Website during the purchase procedure (including the regulations for access to the Immersive SPA premises).
    • Payment for the purchase of access passes and other services must be made using a valid payment method accepted on the Website.
    • Any payment processing service available on the Website is provided by a third-party payment service provider, and any purchase may be subject to the terms and conditions of such third-party provider. ChorusWellness does not provide any payment processing services on the Application.
    • The currently available payment methods are debit card, Amazon Pay and Klarna.
    • By clicking on “Pay now” (or a similar button indicating payment obligation), the user places an order for the purchase of access passes to the Immersive SPA and other services available from time to time.
    • If the order is successful, the contract shall be deemed concluded at the moment the user receives a confirmation email from ChorusWellness containing the relevant details.
    • Depending on the type of access passes and other services purchased, the user may benefit from a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase, as further specified in Annex 1 to these General Conditions. In particular, this right does not apply to purchases of access passes or other services relating to leisure activities (for example, lunches, aperitifs and massages) for a specific date or period of performance.
  6. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
    • These General Conditions are governed by Italian law.
    • For any dispute relating to these General Conditions involving a consumer, the competent court shall be that of the consumer’s place of residence or habitual domicile. For all other disputes arising in connection with the interpretation, execution and validity of these General Conditions, the Court of Milan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
