From fresh salads to freshly baked focaccia, from rice- and couscous-based first courses to assortments of cured meats and cheeses, all the way to recipes inspired by distant worlds—such as chicken curry—and a corner dedicated to Bergamo cuisine, a tribute to our land and its traditions.
