Access to ChorusLife Immersive SPA implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Regulations, aimed at ensuring safety, hygiene, relaxation, and proper use of the facilities.

The purchase or reservation of a ticket constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all the following provisions.

  1. ACCESS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
    • Admission is permitted exclusively to those who have booked or purchased a ticket, within the time slots indicated by ChorusLife Immersive SPA, upon presentation of the booking confirmation and a valid ID. Tickets are personal and non-transferable, valid only for the booked date and time slot.
    • ChorusLife Immersive SPA reserves the right to deny admission to any guest, even in the case of a confirmed booking, should conditions arise that may compromise safety or well-being, either of the guest or others, at its sole discretion. In the event of prepayment, the amount will be refunded.
    • Admission is not permitted to minors under 18 years of age. Those aged 16 and over may access only if accompanied by at least one parent.
    • Admission is not permitted to individuals suffering from medical conditions that may contraindicate the use of the facilities, such as infectious diseases, infections, open wounds, pre-existing medical conditions (including but not limited to heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, chronic respiratory problems), or to anyone under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances.
    • Admission is not permitted to pregnant women.
    • By purchasing or booking a ticket, the guest declares full awareness that within the Facility products or treatments may be used (including but not limited to essential oils, aromatic essences, cosmetic products, environmental fragrances) that could cause reactions in sensitive individuals.
    • Pets of any kind or size are not allowed.
    • Admission is single-entry only: once access has been granted, it is not permitted to leave the facility and re-enter using the same ticket.
    • In case of no-show or late arrival (over 30 minutes), no refund will be provided and the credit will be forfeited.
    • The time included in the ticket starts at check-in and ends when passing through the exit turnstile; stays exceeding the scheduled time (with a tolerance of 20 minutes) will incur an additional charge (€15/hour). Guests are encouraged to use the fast check-out machines to speed up exit procedures.
    • In the event of storms or other adverse weather conditions, outdoor areas may be closed to the public for safety reasons. In such cases, guests must immediately leave those areas, even in the absence of specific instructions from staff.
    • In the event of closure or malfunction of individual areas or facilities, no right to a reduction of the entrance fee shall arise.
  2. WRISTBAND AND PAYMENTS
    • Upon entry, guests are provided with a personal electronic wristband required to:
      • access entry points;
      • lock and associate changing room lockers and phone lockers;
      • register purchases made at the bar, bistrot, shop, and treatments;
      • consult, on dedicated displays, the data stored on the wristband: locker number, phone locker number, exit time, purchases made, service times (lunch, aperitif, dinner if available, treatments).
      • All purchases registered on the wristband must be paid upon exit. Guests are advised to use the fast check-out machines to avoid queues.
      • Guests must take care not to lose their wristband. In case of loss, any registered purchases and the cost of the device (€50) will be charged.
  3. USE OF LOCKERS, CHANGING ROOMS, PHONE LOCKERS
    • All available lockers are marked with a green LED; inside, guests will find the welcome kit (bathrobe, towel, and slippers). To use a locker, choose one with a green LED, open it by placing the wristband near the LED lock, deposit your belongings, and close it by placing the wristband near the lock again until the LED turns red. The locker will then be associated with the wristband until final check-out.
    • To ensure a more peaceful stay, all floors are equipped with phone lockers. These are operated by placing the wristband near the lock, which will associate the locker with the guest. It is strictly forbidden to leave money or valuables inside. Providing the locker does not imply any custody obligation by ChorusLife Immersive SPA, which is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items.
    • A display at the entrance to the changing rooms allows guests to check their assigned locker number by placing the wristband on it.
    • Personal belongings must be stored in lockers secured with the wristband. The locks are not safes or security deposit boxes; it is strictly forbidden to leave valuables inside (including but not limited to cash, credit cards, watches, necklaces, earrings, bracelets, jewelry, etc.). Providing a locker does not imply any custody obligation by ChorusLife Immersive SPA. Guests are responsible for locking lockers and verifying proper closure. ChorusLife Immersive SPA is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items and declines any liability for items left unattended inside or outside the facility.
    • In the changing rooms, guests will find all necessary personal care products available.
    • At the end of the stay, bathrobes and towels, equipped with anti-theft devices, must be returned at the designated windows near the laundry service at the changing room exit. Slippers are a complimentary gift from ChorusLife Immersive SPA.
  4. HYGIENE AND DRESS CODE
    • Mandatory clothing:
      • swimsuit (topless, thongs, extremely small briefs, long beach shorts are prohibited);
      • slippers, bathrobe, and towel are provided by ChorusLife Immersive SPA. Within the SPA area, it is not permitted to use personal underwear or slippers other than those provided; ChorusLife Immersive SPA declines any liability resulting from the use of different slippers.
      • Long hair must be tied back with appropriate hair ties; metal hairpins and clips are prohibited;
      • Slippers and feet must be sanitized at the designated antifungal stations.
      • It is mandatory to wear the slippers provided by ChorusLife Immersive SPA in the facility corridors and outdoor areas. Due to the nature of the activity, surfaces may be wet or damp; guests must exercise maximum caution when moving.
      • Slippers must not be worn inside pools and saunas
    • It is mandatory to shower before accessing pools, hot tubs, saunas, and steam baths.
    • It is forbidden to introduce oils, soaps, unauthorized cosmetics, or substances that may alter the water.
    • It is forbidden to bring food and drinks from outside.
    • Consumption of food and beverages, even those sold by ChorusLife Immersive SPA, is not permitted outside designated areas (bar, bistrot).
    • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is not permitted, except in the designated smoking area on the 3rd floor.
  5. CONDUCT AND SAFETY
    • The Spa is a place of relaxation: guests must maintain a low voice tone and respectful behavior.
    • Introducing flammable or glass objects is prohibited, as is using personal body care products inside the Spa.
    • Running, diving, pushing, or engaging in actions that may endanger oneself or others is prohibited.
    • Guests must always follow staff instructions, especially in emergencies.
    • It is forbidden to permanently reserve sunbeds or stations by leaving personal belongings unattended.
    • Obscene acts are prohibited, whether in the presence or absence of other guests: violation will result in immediate expulsion without refund and with payment of any registered purchases.
    • Access to technical rooms and staff-only areas is strictly prohibited: ChorusLife Immersive SPA declines all responsibility for accidents occurring in such areas.
    • Tampering with or handling equipment intended exclusively for staff use or not intended for guest use is strictly prohibited: ChorusLife Immersive SPA declines all responsibility for accidents resulting from violation of this rule and reserves the right to seek compensation for damages.
    • In case of damage or accidents, staff must be informed immediately.
    • Obscene, harassing, aggressive, disrespectful, or dangerous behavior, or intoxication, may result, at the sole discretion of ChorusLife Immersive SPA, in immediate expulsion without refund and with payment of registered purchases.
  6. USE OF ELECTRONIC DEVICES
    • Phones must be kept in silent mode.
    • Playing music or sounds without headphones is prohibited.
    • Photos and videos are permitted only if other guests’ privacy is not compromised. Photographing other guests without their consent is not allowed.
    • Calls and/or video calls that compromise silence and privacy are prohibited.
  7. USE OF POOLS, SAUNAS AND STEAM BATHS
    • Respect the maximum capacity and time limits indicated on displays and panels outside each cabin.
    • Use the designated handrails and ladders to access pools.
    • Access is not recommended after heavy meals, during digestion, or after alcohol consumption.
    • In saunas, it is mandatory to use a towel so that every part of the body rests on it. Guests are specifically advised not to bring jewelry or mobile phones into saunas and steam baths.
    • Noisy behavior, diving, water games, abrupt immersion, or breath-hold diving are prohibited. Goggles and snorkels are not permitted.
  8. RITUALS
    • Access to rituals is allowed only to holders of the “Rituals” ticket, who must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event, respecting the schedule displayed in the spa and the maximum room capacity.
    • Ritual cabins are reserved for “Rituals” ticket holders and must be vacated 20 minutes before each event for preparation.
    • Unused ritual accesses are non-refundable.
    • Guests must exit pools, saunas, steam baths, and pathways at least 30 minutes before closing.
  9. TREATMENTS AND WELLNESS SERVICES
    • Treatments require mandatory booking. Guests must arrive 10 minutes early.
    • In case of delay, treatment duration will be reduced to avoid penalizing subsequent appointments.
    • In case of no-show, no refund will be granted.
    • In case of inappropriate behavior, the operator will immediately stop the treatment: if already paid, no refund will be granted; if payment is due at exit, the full amount must still be paid.
    • Guests must inform staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs..
  10. LIABILITY AND SANCTIONS
    • ChorusLife Immersive SPA declines all responsibility for injuries, personal or material damage suffered by guests or caused by them to themselves or others resulting from failure to comply with the Regulations, improper use of facilities, or negligence, imprudence, or lack of skill.
    • Any damage to facilities, furnishings, or equipment will be charged to the responsible party.
    • Failure to comply with the rules may result, at the sole discretion of ChorusLife Immersive SPA, in immediate expulsion without refund and with payment of registered purchases.
  11. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
    • Personal data collected are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and used exclusively for operational, safety, and administrative purposes.
  12. FINAL PROVISIONS
    • ChorusLife Immersive SPA reserves the right to modify these Regulations at any time. These Regulations will be available in the dedicated section of the website and sent, via link, with each booking confirmation.
